Do you bill the property management company or the condo corporation directly?
Both options work. We invoice monthly to whichever entity manages the cleaning budget - usually the property management company on behalf of the corporation. Single invoice per building keeps your reconciliation simple.
Can you clean during off-hours so residents are not disrupted?
Yes. Most condo work is done early morning (5-8 AM) or late evening (8-11 PM). Elevator and lobby cleaning especially benefits from low-traffic windows.
Are you insured for damage to elevators, glass, or shared amenities?
Yes. ClearView carries commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your property management company before contract start.
How quickly can you mobilize for a new building?
For most GTA buildings we can start within 1-2 weeks after the walkthrough and signed scope. Urgent transitions (e.g., losing your existing vendor mid-month) can be accommodated faster.
Do you handle garbage room and chute cleaning?
Yes - garbage room sweep, mop, and odour control are part of standard scope on most buildings. Deep-clean of the chute itself is quoted separately when required.
